Birkbeck 2D-3

This is the newly refurbished flat of ours...we previously stayed at 6D-3 and it was kinda...umm...too simple and old fashioned..yes, it was roomier and we had a dining table but then we had to move in to the newly refurbished 2D...the new flat is awesome and the kitchen as you can see looks fab ( well, if it's clean anyway! ) hehehe...and we love the living room, we actually have a sofa people, but I didn't take pics of the living room as we haven't decorated it yet, no worries, still yet to be added...and check out the shower and toilet doors...they're cute and funny...not too mention our individual doors...  THE VERDICT : 2 THUMBS UP!!

This was actually on Sunday the 16th but am too lazy to tukar the dates..bykkan keje lak..anyway, it was only me, Noreen and Wida...but we met up with some other M'sians: Asha and Sunitha and our friends from Mexico > Anna and Thailand > Dao there..the fireworks was fantastic and the lights were really festive...actually had 2nd thoughts about coming at 1st but as I was standing in the crowd admiring the sights and sounds of the city at night...no words could have described the feeling at that moment...'aint that right Noreen and Wida?

I'd like to introduce you to a few wacky  -funky-kewl  -hilarious  people I am 'forced' to share 1 toilet and 1 teeny, tiny shower with for 1 whole year!!!..hehehehe...ok there's Aline from France > the koala-named-momok-loving artist who likes to do animal impressions and hates coriander; Silja from Norway > the parachuting-globe-trotter who appreciates good looking Scottish lads; Gladys from France > the funky, nightlife-loving gal in our flat who makes delicious crepes which triggered the fire alarm one cold, bitter night; Bipana from Nepal > the head chef of the flat who hates cooking ( huh?!!  ) and lurvvesss food ( asian food and chips in particular ) and the Friends sitcom; Janina from Germany > the lass who makes apple crumble I'd absolutely DIE for and famous for her "FISH!!" and "SCHEISSE!!" ringing throughout the flat when annoyed at her laptop  ....in a nutshell : I'm really lucky to be stuck with these wonderful individuals with amazing personalities...we clicked right from the start and I shall miss our mouth-watering dinners and dance sessions in the compact living room/kitchen/dining room when the year's up

Finally...I've got a digital camera I can call my own! Hahahaha...before this I sibuk take pics using other people's digital camera...I have to admit, I was kinda getting a lil too annoying..jalan skit jek.."Weh,tempat ni best ah..jom amik gambar!"...or..."Weh, tempat ni lawa la...jom amik gambar lagi!"...etc...etc...u get the general idea...But to those people out there...u HAVE to admit that the pics we took were priceless and all of you DID enjoy taking the pics..kan? Kan? Kan? Hahahaha....anyway..these pics were the first few moments I spent with my baby ( to those who dunno, it's my new camera! hahahaha! ) These are experimental pics i took of a lil space in the world i call MY ROOM : Birkbeck 2D-3...so..enjoy guys!
