After nearly a year of...what's the word? so-called-studying i just felt like uploading a new favourite of mine..it was captured in venice sometime this month. just thought i'd share it with all of you

Nina just got some pink, purple and blue feathers and a piece of string..and she hung them from the ceiling...the result was really cool the feathers look like they are floating mid-air and you've just pushed the 'pause' button on the remote I still can't decide which one is my favourite...which one's yours?

Yes, it's that time of the month again...stocking up our bare kitchen cupboards with food !! Armed with a long shopping list and purse in hand , me, bip and kashka set off to my happy place....ASDA!! Took some random pics along the journey to and back..here are the results

Went away for the weekend to Edinburgh, bout 45 minutes away by bus or train. The occasion? The Edinburgh Games...where young men ..or some cases..married men sweat it out over a football pitch be the champs Hehehe..a testosterone kinda thing I stayed over at Yatie's, who was kind enough to put with my nonsense for 1 night..and graciously introduced me with her fellow buddies...a jolly bunch they were During the games, was unofficially appointed as team Newcastle's groupie: keeping an eye on their bags/coats/jackets/cameras/the schedule/etc...not to mention their photographer Nevertheless, I had a blast

The past 2 days have been really bright and sunny..so naturally I was in a really good mood Came back from lectures and just decided to bravely venture into my flatmates' private domains: their rooms!! You see, me and my flatmates usually don't lock the door to our respective rooms, just because As I came back to a nearly empty flat, I had this idea to make a photo essay of each and everyone of my beautiful and fabulous flatmates. Was out on a grocery shopping expedition to Tesco on a gorgeous, sunny day and decided to take my trustee digital cam along for the ride. T'was 2 days to Valentine's day and Glasgow was promoted as 'The City of Lurve' " Ehhh?" Anyway, they've put a big wheel with a RED heart on it, with some small random stalls on George Square. As long as I was there, I took some pics of the buildings. On the way back, we walked past Royal College Building...the building where the EEE department is situated and where most of my classes are held. A really, really old piece of brick And today we had pancakes for brunch with everything: cream, sugar, cinnamon, nutella, chocalate syrup, marmalades, jams, honey, ice- cream..you name it, we had it!

Missing my hommies back home and decided to dedicate today's entry to them.
